On the feminist strike day, the Mimosa Collective invites you to our favorite day of the year—to celebrate together and stand in solidarity with FLINTA* people resisting repression and all FLINTA* people worldwide whose lives and rights to bodily autonomy are under threat. This year, we are screening the documentary MY STOLEN PLANET by Farahnaz Sharafi. The film highlights the courage of Iranian women fighting against oppression and for the power of memory. Through private 8mm archives, Sharifi captures moments of joy and resistance—a powerful reflection on freedom, identity, and the right to tell one's own history. As she pieces together fragments of the past, she uncovers stories that would otherwise be forgotten.
