Heiligabend. Der achtjährige Alex muß mitansehen, wie seine Eltern von einem Geschäftspartner seines Vaters erschossen werden. Zehn Jahre später leidet Alex immer noch unter Alpträumen, in denen sich die schreckliche Tat wiederholt. Plötzlich scheint es so, als wenn der Täter von damals, der danach Selbstmord beging, von den Toten auferstanden und nun hinter Alex her ist. Langsam aber sicher wird Alex in den Wahnsinn getrieben…

Inventively directed and full of playful cinematography, Kristine Peterson's debut is a tight and twisty little paranoid, psychological slasher that's handmade with a lot of love. It's a nice surprise anytime a straight-to-VHS slasher attempts something out of formula and I'm surprised this doesn't get more love! "Very underrated little horror thriller that I thoroughly enjoyed! Everyone talks about how awesome the poster is and I totally agree except I always thought it was supposed to be a rat and apparently it's a wolf?! Go figure. ...I know a lot of people like to say that this isn't a true horror film because all the horror scenes take place in dream sequences but I don't think that's fair. Horror is horror whether it's presented in real life or not.
